Theft
A shopper at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St. reported 5:58 p.m. March 6 she left her winter coat on the bench and when she returned for it, the coat was gone containing her car keys.
A resident at Lehigh County Work Release Prison, 1600 Riverside Drive, Bethlehem, reported 2:40 p.m. March 11 a money order was stolen and cashed. Police are investigating.
Lost property
Knopf Automotive, 3401 Lehigh St., reported 4:07 p.m. March 6 four license plates were missing.
Affinity Truck and Auto Sales, 3101 Lehigh St. reported 1:46 p.m. March 7 a number of license plates were missing.
Suspicious person
Carlee and Company Salon, 2851 S. Pike Ave. reported a suspicious person 10:55 a.m. March 7.
Protection from abuse order
A 57-year-old homeless man was charged with following a woman who had a protection from abuse order against him. He was charged with following her to Ross Dress for Less, 3300 Lehigh St., 11:37 a.m. March 8.
Identity theft
A resident in the 1700 block of Crownwood Street reported 7:50 p.m. March 9 an unknown person made $304 worth of charges on a Walgreens card. The credit card was cancelled.
Hit and run
A car parked at St. Thomas More Church, 1040 Flexer Ave., was struck and damaged 1:35 p.m. March 12.
