Upper Milford Historical Society meeting 7 p.m. in the Upper Milford municipal building, Old Zionsville. Candace Perry, curator at Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center, will discuss PA German Fraktur. All are welcome and refreshments will be provided. For more information, call 610-966-4376.

Wescosville Wishes craft/ vendor fair and raffle for Autism Speaks, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Event includes over 40 vendors and crafters and over 75 raffle prizes donated by area businesses. The event will be held at Wescosville Elementary School, 1064 Liberty Lane, Wescosville.

State Rep. Justin Simmons, R-131st, will host an open house 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Emmaus office, Village Center Office Suites, 191 Main St., Suite 104, Emmaus.

Concordia Lutheran Church and Preschool will hold a community Easter egg hunt for children ages 1 year through fifth grade 11 a.m. Participants may register in advance by calling 610-965-3265 or register at the event. Bring your own basket. The church is located at 2623 Brookside Road.

St. Luke's Synoptic Players and the Dogwood Praise Band present musical selections from Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's classic rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar" 2 p.m. at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 417 N. Annual egg drop at Horizon Church, 2613 W. South St., Allentown, rain or shine. Festivities begin 11:30 a.m. and include a fire truck egg drop for children ages preschool through fifth grade, fire truck tours, raffle, prizes, food and a magician. Miller Blood Bank Blood Drive hosted by St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, 150 Elm St., Emmaus. The blood mobile will be in the parking lot by Parish Hall 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Those donating will receive a free breakfast at the church that morning. Call 610-967-1450 to register.

Friends of the Emmaus Library will hold its annual book sale in the cafeteria of Lower Mcugie Middle School, 6229 Lower Macungie Road 7 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The brown bag blow-out is 3 to 3:45 p.m. The Nutrition, Health & Safety Fair, organized by the Nutrition Group will offer free fffood samples, free blood pressure screenings, health information and demonstrations. The nutrition fair runs 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

May 1
