Two truck drivers were injured when their tractor trailers collided 11:29 p.m. March 15 at the intersection of Route 309 and Mountain Road, Lynn Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.
Police say Seldon A. Warner, 82, of Daniels-ville, was driving a 1993 Kenworth.
He stopped the truck at Mountain Road before proceeding across Route 309 toward Mosserville Road, traveling into the path of a 2005 Peterbilt 379 driven by Dean K. Miller II, 32, of Andreas.
Police say Miller blew the truck's horn to alert Warner.
The sound of the horn caused Warner to veer left to avoid impact.
Miller veered the Peterbilt to the right to avoid striking the Kenworth and his truck overturned onto its side, police say.
The Kenworth struck the rear of the Peterbilt at its point of final rest.
Warner and Miller were transported by Cetronia Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Warner was charged with a traffic violation in regards to the crash.
