Man charged

with DUI

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Adalberto Rivera, 44, of Allentown, was inside an apparently disabled vehicle 7:40 p.m. Feb. 22 along Route 309, south of Mountain Road, Lynn Township.

Police allege Rivera was under the influence of marijuana.

He was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center for a legal blood draw and processing, police say.

Charges were filed against Rivera for driving under the influence, say police.

Jonathan Ray Cox of the 9000 Block of Ziegels Church Road, allegedly was seen commiting a summary traffic violation March 14 along Old Route 22 at Ziegels Church Road, Weisenberg Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Police conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle.

Police allege Cox exhibited signs of intoxication

He was transported to Lehigh County Prison, where a blood draw was conducted.

Charges are pending against Cox, police say.
