Good Will Fire Company No. 1, Trexlertown and its Woman's Auxiliary, make between 3,000 and 3,200 fastnachts every year as a fundraising project for the fire department.

According to Auxiliary President Linda Gorr, the volunteers began working 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13 and continud non-stop well into Sunday afternoon, Feb. 15.

Fortunately, there were enough volunteers and auxiliary members to allow for an overnight shift.
