Ryan L. Amey of Emmaus has joined Miers Insurance as Commercial Insurance Sales Manager.

Amey is responsible for the development and direction of Miers' sales force, the creation of new business opportunities, and the overall performance of the agency's commercial insurance and risk management consulting programs.

Amey has nearly 12 years' experience in the sales and service of workers compensation, business auto and other business insurance products as well as risk management programs and techniques.

He is a graduate of Emmaus High School and East Stroudsburg University.
