To the Editor:

Before Johanna Billings leaves for the frozen north, I wanted to say thank you for all the wonderful support she has shown for the Whitehall Township Public Library.

I think we've all felt we had a wonderful friend who was quick to share the events and celebrations at the library. Having a 'local' paper (as well as a library) is what changes a collection of houses into a community. Her pen (or iPad) will be missed.

We wish her smiles, happy times and new adventures.
