LEHIGH VALLEY WEATHER

Lowhill

Congratulations! Lehigh Valley Zoo's North American River Otter successfully picked the winner of Super Bowl XLIX.

Visit the otter and nearly 300 other residents at Lehigh Valley Zoo, 5150 Game Preserve Road, Schnecksville.

Lehigh Valley Zoo, a non-profit organization, is home to 104 different species, 36 of them classified as endangered, threatened or species of concern.

The zoo is open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily through March.

Go to lvzoo.org before visiting, as the zoo may be closed due to bad weather or icy conditions.

The Punxsutawney groundhog, Phil, may have predicted six more weeks of winter, but don't let that deter you from visiting the zoo's own resident groundhog and other educational animal ambassadors.
