Public drunkenness
Eric John Fenstermaker, 44, Macungie, was charged with public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia after he allegedly was found to be walking on the roadway at 4601 Kings Highway North, Upper Milford Township, around 3 p.m. Jan. 24. According to police, Fenstermaker was under the influence of controlled substances at the time and was endangering himself and others. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.
DUI
Nathaniel Tilahun, 18, of Macungie, was taken into custody and charged with driving his vehicle under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after he allegedly was driving along Indian Creek Road, west of Cedar Crest Boulevard, Upper Milford Township, 7:30 p.m. Jan. 24. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-01.
Jose Rafael Colon-Gonzalez, 25, of Allentown, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance after he was stopped for an alleged motor vehicle violation along U.S. Route 222 North at Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:15 a.m. Jan. 3. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Fleeing police
Kemar Oneisha King, 32, of Allentown, was charged with fleeing or eluding a police officer, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, driving while operating privilege is suspended, registration and certificate required, financial responsibility required, overtaking a vehicle on the right, driving on roadways laned for traffic, following too closely, careless driving and reckless driving after he allegedly tried to flee police during a traffic stop for summary traffic violations along Interstate 78, westbound at mile marker 60, Upper Saucon Township, 2:07 p.m. Jan. 27. Police took King into custody and he was transported to Lehigh County Prison.
