Public drunkenness

Kevin Stumpp, 57, of Macungie, was cited for public drunkenness after police allegedly found him falling down in the 300 block of Main Street 7:15 p.m. Jan. 18. Stumpp was cited and released to seek medical treatment.

Michael Ryan Bankowski, 23, of Emmaus, was cited for public drunkenness Jan. 21 after police were called to Italiano Delight restaurant, 1375 Chestnut St., for a patron who refused to pay his bill. Bankowski allegedly was intoxicated, had no money and was belligerent. Bankowski was cited and released.

Burglary

Reported by a resident of the 400 block of South Seventh Street; unknown actors entered the residence and removed jewelry between Jan. 12 and 24. Anyone with information may contact the Emmaus Police Department at 610-967-3113.

Reported by a resident of the 600 block of Furnace Street; unknown actors broke into a home and took a computer and a safe between Jan. 15 and 20. Anyone with information may contact the Emmaus Police Department at 610-967-3113.

Theft

Reported by a resident of Frank Drive; a Longine's watch valued at $1,100 was taken from the home between Jan. 17 and 19.

Reported by a resident of the 700 block of Chestnut Street; a side view mirror, valued at $50, was taken from a truck overnight Jan. 19.

Criminal mischief

Reported at CVS, 702 Chestnut St., an actor, described as driving a black pickup truck, smashed the screen of the RedBox kiosk 5:30 p.m. Jan. 17. Police are obtaining surveillance video to better identify the actor.

Reported by a shopper at Weis Market, 1220 Chestnut Street, an unknown actor smashed a vehicle window Jan. 14. Nothing was removed from the car.
