ArtsQuest will host the annual Oscars viewing party 7 p.m. Feb. 22 at the ArtsQuest Center, SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way. The event is a fundraiser for the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas and ArtsQuest's film program at SteelStacks.
