Q What grade are you in?
A I am in 12th grade at Emmaus High School.
Q What is your favorite subject and why?
A Environmental science. It's really interesting because it combines biology and chemistry and ecology and you can see it happening in the world around you.
Q Have you received any special awards or recognition?
A I have received awards from the Rotary for a speech contest and PMEA District Chorus 2 years in a row.
QAre you involved in any extracurricular activities?
A I am captain of the debate team, I'm involved in the choral department and I'm in the musical.
Q What is your next goal after high school?
A I want to go to college for environmental science and then I'm going into the Peace Corps.
QWhat would you say your biggest challenge has been so far?
AAP BC Calculus.
Q What do you want to be remembered for?
A Helping people and the planet.
Q Who is in your family?
AMy dad Odiseas, my mom Jennifer, my brother Ignatios and my dog Ajax.
QDo you have someone you look up to?
AWaangari Matthai; she won the Nobel peace prize in 2004 for preventing deforestation in Kenya.
QDo you have any advice for your peers?
A Figure out what you love and become a professional at it; don't worry about the other stuff.
