Firefighters from Western Salisbury Fire Department, along with an EMS unit from Cetronia ambulance, respond to a reported vehicle accident on Interstate 78 westbound just past the Hamilton Boulevard exit 7:30 a.m. Jan. 19. The driver of the vehicle lost control of the vehicle and drove up, on and over the guardrail. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle before emergency service personnel arrived. Interstate 78 traffic was backed up for several miles while crews worked to remove the vehicle.
