Gockley Elementary School Penguin Awareness Day is set for Jan. 20.

Gockley students and staff will have a school spirit day Tuesday, Jan. 20. Everyone is encouraged to wear black and white to highlight the day.

Whitehall High School Theatre proudly presents "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying."

Reserve your seats today by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to Whitehall High School Theatre, 3800 Mechanicsville Road, Whitehall, 18052.

The show dates are April 9-11 at 7:30 p.m. and April 12 at 2 p.m.

The cost is $12 for adults and seniors and $8 for students.

There is also a dinner theater option available April 11 at 6 p.m. Price includes catered dinner and prime seating for the show. Prices are $29 for adults and seniors and $25 for students.

The middle school student council carnation sale begins Jan. 20 and runs through Feb. 11.

Students, staff and parents can order a carnation and have it delivered with a special message to a special Valentine friend.
