Magic moments! Heidelberg Union Church thanks Beck's Christmas Tree Farm for donating the glorious Christmas tree in the sanctuary, as well as, all those who helped decorate the church for the Advent season.

Immediately following the 11 a.m. worship service Jan. 4, the holiday decorations will be taken down.

Help of any kind would be appreciated.

Show your support! The Germansville Fire Company is selling Thomson's Hoagies once a month to benefit the 100th anniversary celebration. Support your local fire company by buying or selling hoagies Jan. 19.

For more information and order forms, call Arnold and Sharon Metzger at 610-767-1517.

The fire company also has reflective house numbers for sale again this year.

When emergency crews need to find your home will they be able to find it quickly? Let's hope so. Make sure your address numbers are visible and readable from the street.

Residents may purchase reflective house numbers from the fire company. The numbers are big, bright and easy to read.

To order yours, call the fire company at 610-767-7757 and leave your name, address and phone number and someone will get back top you.

With the fire company in mind, the public is welcome to attend any or all fire company meetings 7 p.m. each Monday of the month.
