Last week, students studying Spanish, German, French and Latin were inducted into honor societies for their respective languages. These students showed outstanding performance in their classes. The language teachers of Emmaus High School attended the event, with some presenting small speeches about the accomplishments of the students and what it means to be inducted. Students each received a candle, which they then lit off of the mother candle to signify their induction into the society. Congratulations to those students.
