Upon such use, the property shall immediately revert back to the district; the property will not be marketed or sold to buyer intending to use the property for a tax-exempt use; and preference shall be given in marketing the property for use as an age restricted "55 and over" residential use." The listing price has not been made public at this time.

School Director Dr. Chris Spedaliere objected to the restriction of the "55 and over" residential use preference.

Ziegenfuss said all employees and volunteers will need clearances and the district is working on the administration of that task.

A parent attended the meeting to share his frustration with the elementary school policy where parents cannot bring in homework students forgot to take to school. He said he dropped his student at school, went home to retrieve the forgotten homework and when he returned with it, he was not permitted to leave it at the school. The parent said he understands teaching students responsibility; however, he said that only happens at the elementary level. He said at the middle school and high school, parents can leave forgotten items in the office.

Giordano said administrators will look into the matter.
