The Department of Environmental Protection found recently that a Center Valley home had the highest ever recorded home radon level in Pennsylvania.

The DEP encourages residents to have their homes tested for radon. This is especially important now that homes are winterized, limiting the amount of fresh air entering those structures.

January is Radon Awareness Month.
