Area student named to honor society

Anthony Lynch, of Macungie, was among the 114 students who were inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta, the national honor society for freshmen, at a ceremony recently held on campus.

For membership, students must rank in the top 20 percent of the class, have a minimum GPA of 3.5 for the first semester of their freshman year, and be enrolled as a full-time student.

Lynch is enrolled in the Panuska College of Professional Studies at the university.
