A follow-up information session for students and parents regarding the October PSATs will be held 7:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at Central Catholic High School. Matthew Garza will address a variety of topics regarding these scores. Time will be allowed for questions so any needed clarification can be provided.

The guidance office will meet with sophomores and juniors during classes to discuss the topic of college.

Discussion with the sophomore class will focus on what needs to be done in preparation for post high school planning, such as college and career choices.

The juniors will receive a more in-depth discussion including information on test scheduling, the best time to visit colleges, financial aid advice and selection criteria.

The serving our soldiers club bake sale will be held before school Dec. 17, 18 and 19 .

The Wall of Fame induction ceremony is scheduled for Dec. 19.

School will be closed Dec. 22 through Jan. 2, 2015, for the Christmas holiday. School reopens Jan. 5, 2015.
