The Lynn-Heidelberg Historical Society Holiday Open House will be 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the old New Tripoli Bank, Madison Street, New Tripoli.

All are invited to view the history collection and have punch and cookies.

Ebenezer Church, New Tripoli. will present the festive Sounds of the Season 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6.

There will be Christmas music, readings and skits.

The church will have a free Polar Express Party for the kids 6:30-8:30 p.m. Dec. 13. Come in your PJ's and enjoy hot cocoa, cookies, Christmas crafts, write a letter to Santa and watch "The Polar Express."

All children will receive a special gift.

Ebenezer's Clothing Closet will be open 6-8 p.m. Dec. 11 and 10 a.m.-noon Dec. 13.

For the parents, a babysitting service is available 11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Dec. 14. Sitters will be available for infants up to and including elementary-age children, so moms and dads can get all their Christmas tasks completed.

The per child fee includes lunch, snacks, crafts, games and movies.

Ziegels Union Church, Breinigsville, will present a live nativity 5-6:30 p.m. Dec. 14. The Christmas story is being presented 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m.

Morgenland Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, is sponsoring a pancake and sausage breakfast with Santa 8-11 a.m. Dec. 13.

Morgenland will host its second annual National Wreaths Across America Remembrance Ceremony noon Dec. 13 in the church cemetery.
