The price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline continues to decline at Lehigh Valley gas stations, including at the Daisy Hill convenience store, East Emmaus Avenue and East Susquehanna Street, Salisbury Township. According to gasbuddy.com, a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline at non-membership gas stations was as low as $2.82 in Allentown, $2.87 in Bethlehem and $2.81 in Easton. The price per gallon was as low as $2.54 in Phillipsburg, N.J. According to the American Automobile Association, the average price for one gallon of unleaded regular gasoline is $2.75 in the United States. The price per gallon may dip below $2 before year's end, expected to occur first in Mississippi, Texas and South Carolina.
