CENTRAL CATHOLIC COLUMN

The Central Catholic High School Drama Club will present "It's a Wonderful Life" 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4 through 6 in Masson Auditorium.

All are invited to come and show support to the school, this club and all the students who have put so much hard work and effort into making this show a success.

Completely student run and directed, this show is the culmination of months of hard work by student directors Abigail Creighton and Bailey Reitenauer and the actors.

Creighton said she is "really happy with how the show is progressing."

All proceeds from the show go to the drama department, which allows for improvements to the department.

On Dec. 11 and 12, Central Catholic will hold its annual 40 Hours Retreat. This is a chance for students to participate in quiet reflection, hear guest speakers and find different opportunities for charity in the community. It takes place during school hours with Mass Dec. 11, Adoration later that night for families who wish to visit and participate and speakers and other activities Dec. 12. This does fulfill one of the two required retreats for students who are in school both days.

The Mercy Special Learning Center Christmas Pageant will be held Dec. 11.

The ACT exam is scheduled Dec. 13.
