Retail theft

Jason Robert Kuehner, 31, of Roseto, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly received $96.37 for items he returned to but had not purchased from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:14 p.m. Nov. 16. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Criminal mischief

Reported in the 6800 block of Scenic View Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged a mailbox between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Nov. 18. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
