Salisbury High School collects food

PRESS PHOTO BY DEBBIE GALBRAITH

The Student Government Association at Salisbury High School hosted a food drive during the first two weeks of November. To determine which group had the most school spirit, the food collection turned into a competition - the group with the most donated food would earn points toward the Falcon Cup, which will be awarded at the end of the year to the group with the most school spirit. All donated food was taken to the Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank. Sophomores took the lead with their donation of 875 items, faculty came in second with 315 items, juniors were third with 293 items, seniors were fourth with 192 items and the freshmen donated 105 items.
