Traffic accident
An 18-year-old woman hit the accelerator instead of the brake of the car she was driving Nov. 16, propelling her car into the front of the Turkey Hill Minit Markets convenience store, 602 Chestnut St., according to police. No injuries were reported.
DUI
Gail Alderfer, 55, of Harleysville, was arrested for driving under the influence and a summary violation after she allegedly was stopped for traffic violations on Buckeye Road at Chestnut Street 1:10 a.m. Nov. 2. Alderfer was released to the Lehigh County DUI Center for processing.
Warrant arrest
Joseph Nero, 41, of Allentown, was arrested on a warrant for simple assault, harassment and receiving stolen property Nov. 5 after an alleged domestic incident Nov. 3.
Burglary
Reported by a business in the 700 block of Broad Street Nov. 9, various items were taken. The incident remains under investigation.
Reported by a business on South 10th Street Nov. 16, various items were taken. The incident remains under investigation.
Criminal mischief
Reported by a resident in the 100 block of Jefferson Street Nov. 9, a garage window was pushed in.
Reported at a parking lot at 16 S. 10th St. Nov. 7, owners reported two cars were scratched.
