Warm up: Jim Brickman, above, presents "On A Winter's Night!," 8 p.m. Nov. 28, Miller Symphony Hall, Allentown. It's the 18th annual holiday tour for the pop music pianist. Four of his albums have been certified gold: "By Heart" (1995), "Picture This" and "The Gift," (both 1997) and "Destiny" (1999). Overall, he's sold more than 7 million albums. He's amassed 27 Top 40 singles on the adult contemporary charts, including 14 Top 10. He's collaborated with Martina McBride on the country hit, "Valentine"; "Simple Things" with Rebecca Lynn Howard, and "Never Alone" with Lady Antebellum. Vocal man: "David Phelps Christmas Live in Concert" will be presented at 4 p.m. Nov. 30, State Theatre Center for the Arts, Easton. Phelps, above, is known as "The Voice" of the Gaither Vocal Band for his three-octave range. Phelps, who received a degree in music and vocal performance from Baylor University, grew up near Houston, Tex. As a member of the Gaither Band, he has received Dove and Grammy awards. As a soloist, Phelps received 2009 Dove Award nominations for "Male Vocalist of the Year" and "Long-Form Video" for the Christmas DVD, "O Holy Night." His 2012 live concert DVD, "David Phelps: Classic," has been featured on numerous television networks, including PBS. Secret Santa: Junie B. in "Jingle Bells, Batman Smells!" will be staged at 2 p.m. Nov. 29, Miller Symphony Hall, Allentown. It's holiday time and Junie B. Jones, everyone's favorite first grader, is ready to celebrate. The students in Room One are happily creating the perfect holiday party. Except how is Junie B. supposed to enjoy anything when she has drawn the name of her arch nemesis, Tattletale May, for her Secret Santa Gift? "Ho, Ho! Oh, No!" The play is adapted by Allison Gregory from the book by Barbara Park. Music is composed by Rob Witmer. It's one of 29 Junie B.
