Student of the Week

Q. What grade are you currently in?

A. I am in the 12th grade at Salisbury High School.

Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?

A. My favorite subject is advanced placement literature because we always have great discussions and I find myself looking forward to the class everyday.

Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?

A. I'm a member of National Honor Society.

Q. What extracurricular activities are you involved in, both in and out of school?

A. I've been a member of both the girls varsity basketball team and the track and field team since my freshman year. I've also been a part of the theater productions since my sophomore year.

Q. What is your next goal after high school?

A. I plan to attend Lehigh University to further my academic career and my basketball career. However, currently, I don't have any plans on a major.

Q. What would you say your biggest challenge was so far?

A. My biggest challenge has been finding a way to balance school and extracurriculars. But, I always find a way to make it work.

Q. What do you want to be remembered for?

A. I'd like to be remembered for my positive outlook on life.

Q. Who is in your family?

A. My mom, Bridget, my dad, Marc, and my sister, Margaux, who is a freshman at Central.

Q. Do you have somone you look up to?

A. I look up to my parents because of the way they handle themselves through adversity.

Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?

A. Enjoy every minute because time really does fly.
