Coplay Councilman Carl Luckenbach's threat to another councilman is a council issue!

At a public Park and Recreation meeting held in the Coplay council chambers earlier this year, Luckenbach allegedly said in detail how he would put a former council person's picture with a target on a T-shirt to raise money.

Two other council members were at that meeting. Nothing was done to tell him at that meeting that it was inappropriate. This says a lot about the atmosphere, mindset and attitude of the current Coplay council members.
