DUI
Joseph Anthony Casciano, 57, of Allentown, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after he allegedly was stopped for a traffic violation on Cedar Crest Boulevard at Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:07 p.m. Oct. 3.
Retail theft
Margie Maria Treese, 51, of Topton, Berks County, was arrested and cited for retail theft after she allegedly took various items valued at $47.30 without paying for the items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:39 p.m. Nov. 2. Treese allegedly used the self-checkout lane and placed items into a bag without scanning them. Treese then allegedly purchased other items.
Theft from a motor vehicle
Reported by a 32-year-old Allentown woman at Cambridge Day Care, 6673 Stein Way, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered an unlocked vehicle and took a purse containing an Apple Macbook laptop computer, various credit cards and approximately $15 cash between 6:45 and 6:50 a.m. Oct. 8. Theft
Reported at Wescosville Fire Company, 958 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors opened an unattended purse and removed several personal documents between 5 and 10:30 p.m. Oct. 25. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Criminal mischief
Reported in the 5200 block of Wheatland Drive, Upper Milford Township, 9:50 p.m. Oct. 26, two un- known actors ran onto a residential property then fled in an unknown direction.
Reckless endangering
Reported by the parents of a 14-year-old girl, of Lower Macungie Township, a pin was found in a candy bar after the teen went trick or treating in the Ancient Oaks neighborhood. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
