Northwestern Lehigh Wrestling Booster Club is hosting an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner noon-7 p.m., Nov. 2 at the Lynnport Fire Company, Behler Street, Lynnport.

Morgenland Church
Morgenland Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, would like to thank everyone who participated in the basket social Oct. 11. It was their first basket social, and with more than 170 baskets donated, the event was a huge success.
Morgenland is having a spaghetti dinner from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 1. Menu includes spaghetti pasta served with homemade meatballs, salad, garlic bread, beverages and homemade desserts.
Whole pies will also be available for purchase.

Donations of homemade baked goods are always appreciated and may be dropped off at the church Friday to Saturday.
Morgenland is having a homemade candy sale. Orders are due by Nov. 9. Candy pick-up is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dec. 6.

Christ's Church
at Lowhill
Christ's Church at Lowhill will be having a penny party Nov. 7. Doors open at 6 p.m. Bidding starts at 7 p.m. Food will be available for purchase at the snack bar. A special treat of homemade desserts is offered at intermission.
Attendees should arrive early, as the tables fill up quickly.
Lend a helping hand
Christ's Church at Lowhill Food Pantry, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, will be accepting donations to stock shelves 9-11 a.m. Nov. 18.
Donations may also be made by appointment by calling 610-298-2054 or Nancy Holbrook at 610-674-2440.

The pantry needs boxed cereal, canned tuna and chili, hearty soups, household cleaners, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, laundry detergent, tea bags, coffee and pet food.
Monetary donations are used for purchasing milk, eggs and meat.
New socks in child and adult sizes may be dropped off at both New Tripoli Banks and ESSA Bank for the Blessing Shop's collection of new and nearly new clothing in the basement of the food pantry.
Families who qualify for food items in the pantry are also welcomed to select from the new and gently used clothing, toys and household items donated in the shop.
