Courtney J. Fillman, a 2010 Parkland High School graduate graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in May, with a degree in deaf education.

Her parents are Kenneth and Yvonne Fillman of Upper Macungie.

Her sisters are Melissa Gillenwater, Stephanie Heffelfinger,and Airmen Taylor Fillman.

She is the aunt of Alexis and Chuckie Gillenwater and Cole Heffelfinger and the sister-in-law of Chris Heffelfinger.
