What is the most pressing issue facing the 133rd district and what would you do about that issue?

The problem that's most pressing is property tax relief. We're looking at school funding formulas for how to get tax relief, especially to seniors. If it were up to me, we'd take the gaming money [from the Sands Casino], put it in one fund and use it as property tax relief. [But] being in the minority - with a Republican house, governor and senate, it's pretty tough to get things passed. Everybody needs to help. Forget 'I' - I don't think any one person can get anything done without a 'we.' All I want to do is try to be bipartisan and try to get things done.
