Elaine Bartholomew, left, of Catasauqua, and Jane Breslin, right, of South Whitehall Township, enjoyed their work at the 2014 Great Allentown Fair. They were on duty before, during and after the Fair's run, helping to set up, dismantle, monitor and provide informatioin about displays in the Fair's domestics and antiques blue-ribbon competitions in the Agri-Plex, Allentown Fairgrounds, 17th, Liberty and Chew streets, Allentown. "I like the interaction with the people," said Bartholomew, who particpated in the Fair's Agri-Plex program for her first year. "I like the camaraderie and to visit with the people I know," said Breslin, who was there for her 14th year.
