DUI
Dennis Jacob, 60, of Emmaus, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped for alleged traffic violations in the 600 block of Dalton Street, 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19. Jacob was processed and released.
Jesse Geist, 34, of Emmaus, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped for alleged traffic violations along East Main Street at Weider's Lane, 1:20 a.m. Sept. 20. Geist was processed and released.
Bench warrant arrest
Anthony Leister, 32, of Emmaus, was arrested on a bench warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff's Department, 8:30 a.m. Oct. 1. Leister allegedly was placed in Lehigh County Prison awaiting transportation by Bucks County officials.
Disorderly conduct
Robert Erney, 23, of Emmaus, was cited for disorderly conduct after an officer observed him allegedly urinating in public in the area of South Fourth and Broad streets, 11:30 p.m. Oct. 3. Erney was cited and released.
Nathan Ette, 31, of Allentown, was cited for disorderly conduct after he was observed allegedly urinating in the parking lot of Weis Market, 1220 Chestnut St., 9:20 a.m. Oct. 7. Ette was cited and released.
Burglary
Reported by a resident in the 300 block of North Fifth Street, unknown actors entered the residence and took cash and jewelry between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Sept. 22. The incident remains under investigation.
Theft from motor vehicle
Reported by a resident in the 600 block of Broad Street, an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and took a GPS navigation unit valued at $130 overnight Sept. 28.
