Philip Berman was the owner of Hess's and urged Rudy Ackerman to relocate the Baum School of Art from 12th and Walnut streets, Allentown, to the Allentown Art Museum, Fifth and Court streets, Allentown.

Berman's first name was incorrect in a B1 article in the Oct. 15 and 16 Focus section in Lehigh Valley Press.
