Betty Krauss portrays and tells the story of Alice Reiner, a woman who walked and lived off the streets of Emmaus and nearby communities at the Emmaus Historical Society meeting 7 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church. Visit the museum noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays to see Halloween displays and pictures and history of the 93-year-old Emmaus Halloween Parade.

Luther Crest will host a free public program on long term care insurance and its options. The Diakon senior living community will hold the seminar, open to the public, 6:30 p.m. in Crest Hall on the Luther Crest campus, 800 Hausman Road. Met Life representatives will present the seminar.
