Moravian Museum of Bethlehem and Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites will host the annual Jeanette Barres Zug Lecture 2 p.m. Oct. 19 in the Saal, Gemeinhaus, 66 W. Church St., Bethlehem.
Professor Scott Paul Gordon, chairperson and professor, Department of English, Lehigh University, will explore the relationships and lifestyles Moravian women held outside of the community, including the life and letters of Mary Penry, a Moravian single sister living in Bethlehem from 1756 to 1762.
