Community Hope, known as Hope for Veterans, has expanded into Lehigh County.

The organization is accepting referrals to assist veterans and their families facing eviction from rental housing or for the currently homeless.

Transitional Housing for homeless veterans is also available. Hope for Veterans has immediate openings for single veterans among more than 100 transitional housing beds, ensuring safe and warm shelter to a homeless veteran who would otherwise be out in the cold.

The program is open to all veterans regardless of their current location.
