Assault
Jacob Kinsman, 21, of Coatesville, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 12:30 a.m. Sept. 27. Kinsman allegedly was combative and injured an officer. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Timothy Gaugler, 56, of Bethlehem, was charged with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and domestic abuse 12:30 p.m. Sept. 29. Gaugler allegedly attacked a family member. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Retail theft
Sandra Chasser, 54, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly removing multiple perfumes from the Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest gift shop 10 a.m. Sept. 29. The perfumes were valued at $654. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Freeman Jewelers, 3300 Lehigh St., reports the theft of four diamond engagement rings Aug. 4. The representative reported the thefts 9:31 a.m. Sept. 30 after reviewing video. On Aug. 4, three Hispanic males entered the store; two distracted store personnel while a third stole the tray of rings.
Theft of services
Martin Mahon, 66, of Bethlehem, was picked up in Allentown by Quick Service Taxi Company, 10:45 p.m. Sept. 21 and while traveling on East Susquehanna Street and allegedly realized he didn't have the money to pay for the cab. He was given a citation for theft of services.
Theft
A pump, two hoses and several fittings were removed from a job site in the 1700 block of New York Avenue 5:56 p.m. Sept. 24. The stolen equipment was valued at $875.
Receiving stolen property
A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited for riding a stolen bike in the 1000 block of Louise Lane 7:24 p.m. Sept. 25.
Vehicle theft
A resident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street reported the theft of a 2010 Silver Honda Accord 11:30 a.m. Oct. 2. The resident believes her keys were left in the door of the residence while she was sleeping.
