Claussville Garden Club will meet 7:30 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Seipstown Grange, Claussville Road. Doug Files will speak on "The History and Care of Roses." Everyone is welcome to attend.

The library at the Weisenberg Lowhill Historical Society will be open 6:30-8:30 p.m. Oct. 6.

A genealogy workshop is being offered 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 11.

Bring lunch and gather information while researching family and events in the area.

Northwestern Lehigh School District is working with Market Day for families to purchase good food from soup to desserts.

Proceeds benefit the schools, such as equipment, supplies, etc.

Orders must be entered by Oct. 15. Pickup is between 4:45-5:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 in the cafeteria.

Weisenberg Lutheran Church will host a name-brand basket bingo Nov. 9 at the Schnecksville Fire Company.

The last Kids Fun Zone for the year will take place 6-9 p.m. Oct. 18 at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 2096 Independent Road, New Smithville.

The kids will be given supper and will have fun, fellowship, crafts and a snack.
