used to steal gas

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a former employee of Hoffman Manufacturing, Fogels-ville, pumped $29.99 in gas into his own vehicle using the company's account just before 8 a.m. Sept. 29 at the Bandit Truck Stop, 2227 Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township.

According to police, the man was not authorized to use the account.

Police say they will release his name when charges are filed.
