The sixth annual "Barktoberfest" is 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Oct. 4, Macungie Memorial Park, Main Street (Route 100), Macungie.

The free family-friendly and dog-friendly pet fair has more than 35 participating dog and cat rescue groups and vendors.

Demonstrations will be given by LN's Traveling Reptiles.

A rabies clinic will be held by Dr. Pet Fixer Veterinary Hospital.
