Oct. 1

Luther Crest free public seminar to help people understand Medicare fraud, 6:30 p.m. in Crest Hall on the senior living campus at 800 Hausman Road. Information will be presented on the fact fraud occurs when Medicare is billed for services or supplies never received. The program will help participants learn the difference between fraud and abuse and how to report fraud if they witness it. For more information on the event, call 610-391-8258.

Allentown AARP Chapter #5415 will meet noon at St. Timothy's Church, 140 So. Ott St., Allentown. Allentown Police Officer Andrew Fegely and his canine partner K-9 Harley will present the program.
