Three Emmaus High School graduates are preparing to serve full-time missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Eric Walls, of Lower Macungie Township, Emmaus High School Class of 2013, is headed to Benin in west Africa.

Katherine Earnshaw, of Macungie, Class of 2013, is headed to Bavaria, Austria and Switzerland.

Jared Earnshaw, of Macungie, Class of 2014, is headed to Bakersfield, Calif.

Walls and Jared will serve two years while Katherine will serve 18 months.

Walls was to report to missionary training in Ghana Aug. 7.

Katherine Earnshaw heads to England Oct. 23 for her training while Jared Earnshaw will train in Provo, Utah. The Earnshaws are siblings.

Training will include language study.
