Lynnelle M. Welch, RLA, of Luzerne, Luzerne County, has joined Barry Isett & Associates, Inc., (BIA) a multi-discipline engineering firm headquartered in Allentown, with additional offices in Phoenixville, Hazleton, Forty Fort and Phillipsburg, N.J.

Welch, a registered landscape architect, will assist the Municipal Engineering Department and the Civil Engineering Department at Isett.

She was branch manager of a New Jersey based landscape management firm and previously worked in the Wilkes-Barre offices of Quad 3 and Borton Lawson Engineering & Architecture.

During her previous employment, she designed improvements for the Danville and Wilkes-Barre Geisinger Health System Campuses, the Susquehanna Warrior Trail and Wilkes-Barre YMCA Camp Kresge Master Plan.

Welch received a bachelor in landscape architecture from The Pennsylvania State University in 2003.

She is a board member of the Riverfront Parks Committee, a Riverfest Committee volunteer and is a member of the North Branch Land Trust, Susquehanna Greenways and the Endless Mountain Heritage Region.
