The Northampton Area School District has announced another session of community education programs are set to begin Monday, Sept. 15.

Classes offered include Creative Quilting, Knitting, Crochet, Yoga, Water Aerobics and Lap Swim.

All classes are held in the evenings at various school district buildings.

There is a cost.

It is the goal of the NASD Community Education Program to offer the opportunity to participate in courses that range from general education, fitness and leisure to personal interests and arts and crafts. These courses are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis with an emphasis on quality instruction at affordable rates.

New for this year: registrants can pay for classes using a credit card through the online website at www.nasdschools.org. Click the Community Ed tab across the top.
