Theft
A resident in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue reported 11:34 a.m. Aug. 19 the unauthorized withdrawal of money from an account allegedly by a cable television provider.
A&H Sporting Goods, 3103 W. Emmaus Ave., reported 12:46 p.m. Aug. 21 during the past six weeks, they have been doing business with a person regarding T-shirts. The latest charge card provided is fraudulent. The total charges are $18,000.
Identity theft
A resident in the 3600 block of Country Club Road reported 11 a.m. Aug. 14 an unknown actor opened a credit card account in Georgia in the resident's name. He found out because he received a credit card statement with charges.
A resident in the 400 block of Mountain Boulevard reported 8:40 p.m. Aug. 18 an unknown actor used the resident's information to open a credit card account. A $3,000 charge was made as well as several other attempts one at a gas station in Boston, Mass. Police would like to remind residents to regularly check their credit information as well as credit card statements for fraud.
A resident in the 1700 block of Victoria Circle reported 10:27 p.m. Aug. 18, an unknown actor made $8,000 in fraudulent charges to a Capitol One credit card in the resident's name.
Burglary
A resident in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street reported 10:35 p.m. Aug. 14, PlayStation and Wii gaming systems were removed from the home by a person invited to rent a room in the home and later asked to leave for lack of payment. Police are investigating.
Driving under the influence
Anthony Donnelly, 45, of Nazareth, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence 1:12 a.m. Aug. 16 in the 1500 block of Graham Street. He was taken to Central Booking.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 1300 block of Maryland Avenue reported 11 a.m. Aug. 18 an unknown actor scratched paint on a vehicle on the property.
Fraud
A resident in the 2700 block of Honeysuckle Road reported 2:05 p.m. Aug. 18 being the victim of a scam. The resident transferred $1,970 to an unknown group of people via Western Union. Salisbury police have turned the matter over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Drug
Nicole Kunkle, 19, of Bath, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana after an alleged incident 1:09 p.m. Aug. 20 in the 1200 block of East Emmaus Avenue.
