The Whitehall-Coplay School District will hold a new student orientation, Wednesday, Aug. 27.

Orientation for sixth through eighth grade at Whitehall-Coplay Middle School will be held 8 a.m.

At Gockley Elementary School, those in kindergarten and first grade will have theirs at 9 a.m.

Steckel Elementary School's second- and third-graders will have orientation at 10 a.m.

Fourth and fifth grades at Zephyr Elementary School have theirs at 11 a.m.

Finally, Whitehall High School will hold a community open house for grades nine through 12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

School will be in session Wednesday, Sept. 3.

There is an professional development day for staff Tuesday, Sept. 2. On this day, kindergarten registration will also be held. Morning kindergarten is scheduled for 3 p.m. and the afternoon session is at 3:30 p m.
