Around 8 p.m. Aug. 8 firefighters from Eastern Salisbury respond to the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue for a car fire. Firefighters found fire melted the rear bumper of a vehicle and was out. Firefighters cooled the affected parts and checked if the fire spread to the inside of the vehicle.
